We got engaged and right away I traveled to Costa Rica to organize our wedding. We heard about Sylvia in a Wedding Magazine and what caught my eye was that she specialized in multiple cultural weddings. My husband is Dutch and Jewish. I am Costa Rican and Buddhist. We wondered how we could have a wedding where we could include all our cultures, our friends, families and guests, in a beautiful location to host all our foreign visitors. We wanted it all. All of this was possible, from the beginning because Sylvia and her team where there to hold our hand. She carefully planned every single detail and made sure that everything was according to our taste. We got in touch per email every week, she sent me pictures with samples and ideas and we would give our opinion. Costa Rica Paradise Wedding planned our two weddings, in 5 months for almost 400 people in total. We had visitors from United States, Jamaica, Argentina, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Spain, Holland, Switzerland, Poland, Israel, Italy, Germany, Lebanon, Mexico. They all came to the country for our wedding, and Costa Rica Paradise Wedding also made hotel and tour arrangements for them. Thanks to Sylvia and her team, my husband and I were able to relax the days prior to the wedding, we were able to get ready, be calm, and enjoy our wedding, which in the end is the most important. Our guests were always taken care of and enjoyed not only the visit to Costa Rica, but also all the activities that were planned for them.

Dearest Sylvia: When the girls met you in November they were so excited for you to be the wedding planner. I was concerned about the distance, thelanguage, the food for reception, music style, table decorationsand everything else that a mother should worry about for her daughter's wedding.I was comforted by your expertise and how calmly you dealt with the venue change to satisfy the family. That was awesome! We would like to take this opportunity to say thanks for all of your hard work and planning to make Amber's dream wedding so perfect. David and I had the time of our lives, thanks to you and your hardworking team, on our wedding/honeymoon in Costa Rica. From the moment we were picked up at the airport in San Jose', to the last day, our visit to your beautiful country was magnificent. By the second day, David and I were planning our next trip back. It was also really impressed on how you planned our trip and wedding day in such a short period of time. We were only engaged for 10 weeks, so you a doubly great job.

I wasn't quite sure how my wedding day would go without another member of my family there to make sure I looked my best and felt relaxed, but Angelica was by my side the whole day, and I felt a special kinship to her instantly. My time at Spa Uno was one of the best ways to shed any nervous feelings, too!

When we were ready, we arrived at the Manuel Antonio beach. Angelica had such beautiful arrangements and a little white alter looking out into the Pacific awaiting our arrival. It was a dream! The Costa Rican Family Code, our vows, were such a great addition to the ceremony. I suggest any couple to use them; they were perfect for us and our attorney, Jose', was so sincere while reading them.

It was positively the most romantic, special day for David and I. Our choices allowed us to share an intimate moment in all of God's glory on that beach. We will treasure it forever.

Thank you for helping us to experience Costa Rica in the way that we did. We truly cannot thank you enough! Pura Vida!
