A British owned company with 14 years experience managing small, medium & large businesses in Costa Rica for the International community. We have managed a network of professionals, consultants and employees in many different trades over the years and understand first hand about all of the customs in the CR culture. Although there are many customs that do separate some cultures, a careful understanding is necessary to unite them in harmony.

Gary Sherriff, was invited to Costa Rica in 1994 by his now wife, Sylvia, a native Costa Rican whom he met in Spain. After falling in love with the girl, the family and the country, he immediately emigrated.

For the first 2 years he owned and managed restaurants which lead to him accepting a position as General Manager of a bustling 104 room Hotel, serving North Americans, in the Heart of the Capital, San Jose.

During the 3 years in the hotel trade, Gary was approached by many foreign visitors looking for help with a business in CR. Recognizing the need for a culture liaison service, he started work freelancing and has helped in the formation of, amongst others, the projects listed below.
